Levo are a leading digital transformation consultancy operating at the intersection between people, process and technology. They enable people and organisations through platform delivery and focused technological transformation. At their core they are a technology company, although they offer a range of services across many disciplines, central to everything they do is activating technology, and more importantly enabling people by creating and delivering great digital experiences.
Levo were making serious expansion moves, taking on a number of clients in New Zealand, and opening a Melbourne office to service more of the country. They were doing extremely well. They had won major EpiServer DXC projects with big names like Rebel Sport and Royal Agricultural Society and needed to deliver. With many technical consultants employed by them sitting at different stages of other projects, they needed a way to continually scale up quickly and scale back down at short notice.
Through long time industry relations, Levo and Bloom had discussed partnership on a number of occasions, with some hesitation initially to going outside of their own software developers they hit a point where they needed a Front End Developer with CMS experience quickly and Bloom had the right person available. What started as a one off one-person short-term engagement continued as a long and fruitful relationship with many Bloom developers joining with Levo’s developers to deliver on hugely important projects.
Levo’s success continued and without resource limitations to hold them back they were able to open a New Zealand office to reach more clients there and finally had a major win with leading digital heavyweight Clemenger Group buying in.
